A goal for the Reds would make it 50 in the Premier League in 2020/21, which would mean us hitting that mark in 24 games or fewer for the first time since Sir Alex’s reign. We managed it in 20 games in 2012/13, en route to winning the title.

As you probably already know, we are on our longest unbeaten away league run in top-flight history. The 18-game stretch has only been bettered six times, most recently by Liverpool between January 2019 and February 2020. The Merseysiders were the last home side to beat us in the Premier League, over a year ago.
