Sancho gets to work with United

It remains to be seen whether or not Sancho will be ready to feature for the Reds in our Premier League season opener against Leeds United at Old Trafford on Saturday, with presumably more time needed to assess his fitness.

“Jadon is in for Monday and hopefully then he’s in decent nick and can be involved,” Solskjaer said at Saturday’s post-match press conference.

In a separate interview, conducted with ESPN’s Rob Dawson prior to the Everton friendly, Ole said he was optimistic Sancho and fellow summer signing Raphael Varane – who will undergo his medical this week – could take their place as substitutes when Marcelo Bielsa’s side come to town.
