The former New York Giant caught up with the Swede at Manchester United’s training complex ahead of Sunday’s Super Bowl between New England Patriots and Atlanta Falcons.
Umenyiora has revealed how he is a massive fan of the Manchester United striker, who will be looking for his 20th goal of the season against champions Leicester City on Sunday.

“So I just played FIFA all day and Zlatan was playing for Inter at the time. I fell in love with him and I’ve been following his career ever since. He’s a truly fantastic player.”
Ibrahimovic was then asked how he thinks he would fare at American football and responded in typically confident style.
“I’d be the one who catches the ball,” said Ibrahimovic. “Maybe I wouldn’t be so fast but I would be like a bull and run through all of them.”
