The former Manchester United winger dinked home after his powerful initial shot was saved as he prepares to make his full debut for the Ligue 1 club
Memphis Depay appears to be getting back in the groove following his move to Lyon after he scored a delightful lob in training.
Memphis makes Lyon debut
Manchester United offloaded the Netherlands international winger to the French club earlier in the January transfer window after he struggled to make an impact at Old Trafford.
Indeed, Memphis made just four Premier League appearances in 2016-17, with the likes of Anthony Martial, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Jesse Lingard preferred in wide areas.

But having already impressed on his debut for Lyon after coming on as a second-half substitute against Marseille, Memphis has again been catching the eye in France.
In a shooting exercise in a training session with the club, the Dutchman sees his first effort saved by the goalkeeper before he follows up to dink home a perfectly-executed lob into the back of the net.
Memphis could make his full Lyon debut on Saturday when Bruno Genesio’s side host Lille and fans will certainly be encouraged by what they’ve seen so far.
