It was a lower scoring week this week, where the winning side accumulated 79 points and claimed victory by the smallest of margins.

Mark Bunn was the highest scorer of the defensive five with 12 points to his name following a clean sheet against Sunderland in the early kick off. A QPR centre back partnership of Chris Samba and Fabio combined with Matthew Lowton and Sabastien Bassong made for a solid back four.

It was in midfield where the damage was done though, as Steven Gerrards match winning penalty against Spurs bagged him nine points while Gareth Bale continued to perform in Totel Football, notching eight points. Yohan Cabaye top scored with 10 points as Newcastle snatched a late win over Stoke to take another step towards the magic 40 point mark in the Premier League.

The front pair of Luiz Suarez and Papiss Cisse both struck on Sunday afternoon for their respective sides and completed a good week for the winning side.

If you didn’t enter last week then don’t worry. Totel Football will take your best 6 scores from the remaining 9 gameweeks to calculate the final overall leaderboard so there are plenty of chances to stake your claim for an iPad 3 while the four runners up will win a Premier League shirt of their choice.
